At Simply Recruit we are very careful to make sure the companies are genuine and treat the candidates fairly - all companies are also credit checked - we always run through all the details that they require if they have never taken on EU workers before - from informing them how to help each candidate set up a bank account to registering at the Home Office and helping with accommodation if they have not got anything organized already.

Example:- One of our EU Partners had a candidate go to them and asked if she could be placed only though Simply Recruit as her Uncle had been placed through Simply Recruit and that we had informed of ever step of the procedure and he was thrilled with the position that we had found him in the UK. His niece was very nervous about coming to the UK to work as she had never left her home country before - she is now a Housekeeper in the UK with a wonderful family and loves the fact that she is able to support her family at home.
