The HR manager of a chain of small hotels asked if we could solve their ever increasing shortage of waitresses and chambermaids

They were finding it very hard to solve their recruitment problem and were now in need of at least 10 staff, although they had advertised in the local press and had information in the local Job agency for the last 2 months - with no responses!

Within 3 days we had been able to supply 2 waitresses who were already in the UK and over the next 3 weeks Simply Recruit were able to fill all 10 vacancies.

Four months later and all candidates are still working for the same company and are very much enjoying it. The only hick up at he beginning with one candidate was that she had only brought high heeled shoes, which was not suitable for the environment she was working in but sorted this problem out as soon as she was able to.
